nice option
thoughtful touches helpful staff excellent options beautiful pool
i enjoyed the thoughtful touches in the family room. there were chocolates placed on the bed pillows at turn down. the reception staff provided super helpful recommendations. the hotel offered a beautiful terrace pool with excellent food and beverage options.
The shower design allowed water to spray everywhere at times. It was frustrating. also, the ironing situation was not convenient, as irons were restricted to 30 minutes at a time.

The hotel is near the city center. It is also in a location with traditional restaurants. scenic views of the main harbor are available near the hotel. the back entrance connects to a quiet road.

the classic double room was lovely. the mattress was very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. cleanliness in the room was maintained at a very good level. a bottle of cava and macaroons were left in the room on my birthday.

The staff was helpful and polite. The entrance staff was cute. they assisted promptly with requests. the room was cleaned twice daily, and the overall service was excellent. breakfast offered a good selection of fruits and pastries.

excellent stay
excellent service clean rooms attentive team
the staff WERE very friendly and provided excellent service. housekeeping maintained very clean rooms with great turndown service. the pool restaurant and bar team were very attentive. the food choice was also very good and fresh.
The beautiful side sea view room did not offer amazing views as promised. the bed was not a true double. It had a dip in the middle. this was a disappointment .

the hotel overlooks the marina and cathedral. a couple of restaurants, bars, and a supermarket are located behind the hotel. there are good cafes and bars in front of the hotel on the marine promenade.

the breakfast IS rich and varied. the staff are good, responsive, and always smiling. they are always ready to help. the hotel bar overlooks the harbour and IS great for a quiet drink.

i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the location was convenient for accessing various attractions.. breakfast offered a wide selection of choices that i considered quite extensive.
the room décor looked somewhat dated. also, i noticed that some areas within the hotel could benefit from refurbishment.

spacious layout convenient location friendly staff
The room had super clean surfaces and a spacious layout. The location proved convenient, it allowed easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from my room. It enhanced my mornings. The friendly staff members were helpful and always available.
The wine selection seemed limited. I wished there were more options available.

steam room short time
i dont know, it wasn't really what i expected. the steam room was not on when i went, and i needed to ask for it to be switched on. felt a bit of a bother to them. and the ironing, oh my, they only let me have it for a short time. it felt too restricted and made me a bit anxious. i don't believe i will go back again.
